Art Deco Rock Crystal and Onyx Pools Of Light Necklace Choker Bracelet Earrings

Rock crystal and onyx Pools of Light set in its original fitted case. The set includes an opera-length necklace, a choker, a bracelet, and earrings of 14mm alternating undrilled rock crystal and onyx orbs wrapped in silver floral-design bezels. There are a total of 74 orbs: 38 14mm rock crystal, and 36 onyx that are slightly under 14mm. The necklace is 35 with 41 orbs: 21 rock crystal and 20 onyx. The choker will be 17 once the loose orb is reattched. It has 20 orbs: 10 rock crystal and 10 onyx. The bracelet is 7 1/2 with 9 orbs: 5 rock crystal and 4 onyx. The clasp is marked MAD CZECHOSL but is likely a replacement, as it is gold-tone metal. The earrings are 1 7/8 and have a rock crystal and onyx orb each. All measurements are approximate. I have seen the long necklace depicted with both Edwardian and flapper-period dresses. This is thought to be from the 1920s but could be earlier. The set is tarnished, but polishes up nicely. The earring photo shows the pair with one polished and one not. It is in very good vintage condition. It does need an onyx orb reattached and the choker clasp replaced. I noticed a minor flaw in one of the onxy beads. Please look at the close-up photo. The exterior of the case is faded and the interior satin and velvet have discoloration. The long necklace has two rock crystal orbs next to each other. It may be that the loose onxy orb is from the long necklace rather than from the choker. The loose onyx orb seems a bit loose in its bezel setting but should be simple to tighten.
